Is it just me or is there a buzz starting to happen? Have we seen the worst this market can throw at us? I have been askingmyself these questions over the last couple of weekends as home opens have provided a fascinating insight into the current state of the Duncraig property market.
The last couple of weeks, I have personally seen a huge resurrection in enquiries, inspections and offers coming forward. One home open I was over run with 22 groups through, I have not seen those numbers in a long time!
Talking to the buyers looking in Duncraig, they can feel this buzz too, they feel that they are becoming increasingly under pressure to make a decision to buy a home faster as competition from other buyers heats up.
